What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic drinks. The specifics provided vary based on the type of service — for example, sunset tours offer select refreshments and light bites, while business charters come with meeting facilities and options for corporate dining.
How much time before should I make a reservation?
Booking your charter 2–3 weeks prior is advisable, particularly during the busy months from May to September. To secure better availability and tailor to your event, reserve corporate functions and private celebrations 4–6 weeks beforehand.
What actions are taken if the weather is bad?
Prioritizing safety, if the captain finds weather conditions unsafe, we propose a new schedule for your charter on an alternate date or offer a complete refund. Weather forecasts are closely monitored, and should the prediction be unsatisfactory, you'll be informed 24 hours before the set sail.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
While you are allowed to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages, we also provide exceptional catering solutions and can personalize menus as per your preferences. Note that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do the yachts accommodate guests with mobility issues?
We endeavor to make accommodations for all guests. Certain yachts are designed with more accessible features than others. Make sure to get in touch with us during the booking process to address any specific needs so we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary arrangements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations done 72 hours or earlier before departure, a full refund is given. 50% is refunded for cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours. Any cancellation within 24 hours will not be refunded, except when due to poor weather or mechanical problems on our part.
